I got in to work at 5:30am.
While I was aware that there were two 5:30s in a day, until now it has always been in some kind of mythical context. You know, like the Bogeyman or a good Jeffrey Archer novel.
Everything you wanted to know about Honey Badgers but were afaid to ask.

So did you take the Nytol, and what time did you get to sleep?
In your last post you mentioned 4 hours, which is indeed better for you than, say, 5, because of the length of the sleep cycle. You are better off sleeping less and completing a few cycles, rather than longer and waking up interrupting one, which makes you feel worse.
Make sense?

Oh I don't remember the exact details, but I remeber this from one of my psychlogy lectures.
